Counselling offers a space to explore new identities and possibilities beyond current struggles, paving the way for healing and personal growth.
People often overestimate the control they have over situations. While this belief can sometimes boost confidence and motivation, it can also lead to frustration and distress when reality falls short of expectations.
Through counselling, I help individuals to take responsibility where change is possible, while also accepting uncertainty and external factors beyond their control.
My primary focus is on mindfulness a practice that empowers individuals to break free from automatic, rigid thinking patterns, reframe situations in healthier ways, and ultimately enhance emotional wellbeing.
